Abstract:
To provide an ion current detection circuit capable of preventing turn-on discharge reliably without specially increasing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: An ion current detection circuit comprises: a power storage unit 1 having a capacitor C1 charged based on an ignition discharge current, and a Zener diode ZD1; a signal detection unit 2 that compares a detection voltage Vin based on the capacitor discharge current of the capacitor C1 with a reference voltage TH, to output an ion detection signal Vout; and a switch circuit 3 that is positioned between the power storage unit 1 and the signal detection unit 2, and operates OFF/ON in response to the ON/OFF operation of a switching element Q.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
