CONSTITUTION: An ionic water forming device 1 forming alkali ionic water and acid ionic water by applying the electrolytic action and the power permeation action on the downstream side of a water purifier 2 purifying the water supply such as service water is provided. A cooler 4 of pressure type is provided in parallel with an alkali ionic water supply line 3 on the alkali water supply line 3 for supplying alkali ionic water formed by the ionic water forming device 1. A selector valve 5 for changing over the state of applying water on the side of cooler 4 to the state of applying water on the side of alkali ionic water supply 3 formed in parallel with the water cooler 4 is provided. An on-off valve 7 for feeding the acid ionic water formed by the ionic water forming device 1 is installed on an acid water supply line 6.
