Abstract:
The chamber has several spaced measurement field electrodes (131) on a carrier (120) with leads (134) and at least one electrode (180) spaced from the carrier, to emit charge carriers under the effect of X-rays. The sides of the leads facing the electrodes or the sides of the electrodes facing the measurement field electrodes have an electrically insulating covering (140,190), which is thin compared to the distance between the carrier and the electrodes. An Independent claim is also included for an X-ray measurement arrangement.
