Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionization chamber device capable of accurately measuring an ionization current.SOLUTION: An ionization chamber device 10 comprises: a container 16 in which an ionization gas 17 is encapsulated; an anode 18 as an electrode that is disposed within the container 16; an ionization current output cable 34a; and a self-output current detection cable 34b. One end of the ionization current output cable 34a is disposed at a side of the container 16 and connected to the anode 18, and the other end is connected to a first ammeter 38a as first current detection means. The self-output current detection cable 34b has the same configuration as the ionization current output cable 34a, one end is disposed at the side of the container 16 together with the ionization current output cable 34a, and the other end is connected to a second ammeter 38b as second current detection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
