To provide an irradiation-curable composition showing a low-enough viscosity for coating even with a small amount of a reactive diluent.

The irradiation-curable composition includes an oligomer having both a diisocyanate residue having a ring structure and a diisocyanate residue having no aromatic ring and a reactive diluent containing at least an alkoxylated diluent having no aromatic ring, and at least 50 mol% of the diisocyanate used for the formation of the oligomer has no ring structure, the content of the reactive diluent is not more than 45 wt.% of the total weight of the composition, and the composition has a viscosity of less than 10,000 cps at 25C, and the alkoxylated diluent is at least one selected from the group consisting of ethoxylated or propoxylated lauryl acrylate and ethoxylated or propoxylated isodecyl acrylate.
