Abstract:
To provide an irradiation device capable of precisely positioning a transmitter which irradiates a PV panel for charging the battery of a vehicle with a light beam and the PV panel.SOLUTION: An irradiation device 100 comprises: a transmitter 110 which irradiates a PV panel of a vehicle, comprising an electric power storage part and the PV panel 22 converting light energy into electric energy to charge the power storage part, with a light beam; an adjusting mechanism 130 which adjusts at least one of the position and attitude of at least one of the transmitter and vehicle; a detection part which has a light receiver 122 receiving reflected light of the light beam emitted by the transmitter, and detects position relation between the PV panel and the transmitter; and a control part which controls the adjusting mechanism based upon a detection result of the detection part so that the PV panel and transmitter have predetermined position relation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
