Abstract:
To keep a window foil constituting an irradiation window from becoming wrinkled with the operation and stop of an electron beam irradiator.
This irradiation window 4a includes a window foil 6 that separates a vacuum atmosphere 22 and an irradiation atmosphere 24, a grid window 8 that supports the window foil 6 and has a water-cooling structure and a pressing frame 20 that fixes the window foil 6 by pressing it on a bottom face of a frame 10 of the grid window 8. Then, a cooling water channel 30 where cooling water flows is formed in the pressing frame 20 so as to approximately surround an opening of it.
