The ischium holding device 1 includes: ischium holding bodies 2 for unstably holding the ischium; a base 3 for arranging the ischium holding device; and a fixing portion 4 for fixing the ischium holding bodies 2 onto the base 3. The ischium holding bodies 2 are positioned to have interval and direction so as to allow the ischia of a user to be held at the ischium contact portions 5 of the ischium holding bodies 2. When the user sits on the ischium holding device 1, a pair of ischia of the user is supported by point-contact with the pair of ischium contact portions 5, so that the user is unstably held by the ischium holding bodies 2.
