To eliminate difficulties in the pressure control in forming negative pressure atmosphere, and to allow each part for forming an isolation chamber to be reused.
An air cleaning part 301A and a fumigation part 301 B are set in the outside of a tent 201 which forms the isolation chamber 203 to isolate/house a patient IP in a non-air-tight state inside a sheet 202b in the lowermost layer by retaining the shape of two sheets 202 (202a and 202b). The air cleaning part 301A sucks air in a negative pressure atmosphere generating space NS formed in the gap between the two sheets 202 (202a and 202b) to make negative atmosphere, and the sucked air is sterilized and disinfected, and discharged from an exhaust port 305 thereafter. The fumigation part 301B fumigates the negative pressure atmosphere generating space NS and the isolation chamber 203 with ozone, and the ozone remaining in the space is returned to oxygen and collected.
