PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposal field construction method of an artificial ground form of means for avoiding an environmental load of an industrial waste disposal field and a burden of a capacity load by disposing incineration acid while using it for a concrete structure with the incineration acid as an aggregate into a management-type disposal field landfill site upper part from a landfill disposal method for consignment-disposing harmful heavy metal-containing incineration ash to the industrial waste disposal field.SOLUTION: In an artificial ground construction method, a lattice-shaped frame which uses general waste incineration ash as a skeleton raw material and into which mortar blended with a cement-system special solidifier is filled is assembled on a landfill site, fiber-incorporate resin bags are attached to individual formworks, formed into a concrete block connection board obtained by filling and solidifying the mortar to thereby form the artificial ground high in bend rigidity and causing no cracks into a double-structure, thus completely covering the landfill site.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
