Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of being simply manufactured without depending on only film formation by a vacuum process.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device converting light energy into electrical energy includes a light absorption layer comprising a selenium-containing plating film. The selenium-containing plating film preferably comprises a multi-layer of a tellurium layer and a selenium layer or a mixed layer of tellurium and selenium. The light absorption layer is preferably formed on an electron transport layer comprising a translucent porous electron transport material.
