Abstract:
To provide a processing technique and a management technique by processing for containing a raw material produced in Iwaki city of Fukushima prefecture in a solid soap composition to heighten an additive value of the solid soap composition to totally manage freshness and management of these raw materials.SOLUTION: Raw materials from Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture are frozen or thawed in a glass bottle of 6 cm in aperture, 17 cm in vertical width and 9 cm in breadth within one day after obtainment, or moisture is removed from these materials by 80% or larger, and the material which has been cut into 3 cm square or smaller is processed into powder of 18 mesh, or with impurities on a surface of the material removed, cut into 3 cm square or smaller, in the glass bottle with separation tube and aperture: 6 cm, vertical width: 17 cm; and breadth width: 9 cm, a liquid process dividing based on specific gravity is applied to render an additive of the solid soap composition and to manage the solid soap composition at a temperature and humidity appropriate for the raw material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
