Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively manufacture a bellows hose with bellows portions each having a highly precise diameter. SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus for a bellows hose made of a resin or a resin alloy having a portion A including bellows portions and a portion B not including bellows portions comprises a first molding means to obtain an intermediate product having a mold A-portion pre-shape in which the bellows portion are not yet formed in the portion A by injection molding by an outer mold 3 and a core mold 4 and a molded B-portion and a second molding means to obtain a final product by exchanging a pre-shape outer mold of the outer molds having the molded A-portion pre-shape with an A-portion outer mold 6 to mold the portion A and conducting blow-molding by blowing a high pressure air into the intermediate product.
