Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to crush both of soft materials and hard materials with one unit with high efficiency by relatively and discontinuously changing the relative positions of a machine body side supporting point region and a moving tooth side supporting point region between the plural positions in such a manner that parameters are discontinuously changed.
SOLUTION: When an eccentric rotating body 6 rotates around a rotational driving shaft 3, the part near a moving tooth side recess makes circular motion around a machine body side recess 11 and a swing jaw 7 oscillates. A crushing chamber is periodically expanded and shrunk by the oscillation of this swing jaw 7. The large materials are held in principle at three points by the stationary teeth 22 and moving teeth 21 in the upper part of the V-shaped crushing chamber formed of the stationary tooth 22 and moving tooth 21 and stresses are concentrated at these three points. The materials to be crushed held by both teeth at least at the three points receive the working force in the direction parallel with the plane of the moving tooth 21 as well. The stresses are then concentrated to the specific point or specific plane on the certain curved surface in the materials to be crushed and the materials to be crushed are crushed and divided to two clusters at this plane.
