Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jaw crusher having high crushing efficiency in which small crushed materials crushed therein are discharged without clogging it. SOLUTION: Relating to a crusher where in a frame 1 approximately in the shape of a shovel, a fixed part 2 and a moving part 3 are arranged opposite to each other and the moving part 3 is attachably and detachably actuated to and from the fixed part 2 by a driving part, thereby crushing materials to be crushed between crushing face parts 7a, 10a of the fixed part 2 and the moving part 9 and discharging the crushed materials from between the crushing face parts, the moving part 9 is supported pivotally at one end thereof on the opening 4 side of the frame 1 to enable it oscillatory, and also the other end of the moving part 9 is attached pivotally to an eccentric axis part 18a in a rotating shaft 18 hung on the farthest side of the frame 1. To the rotating shaft 18, rotational force of a hydraulic motor 24 as the driving part is transmitted, and by the rotation of the rotating shaft 18, the moving part 9 is oscillated and is attachably and detachably actuated to and from fixed part 2, and between the fixed part 2 and the moving part 3, the materials to be crushed are crushed and the small crushed material crushed therebetween can fall by gravity from a discharge part S in which the spacing between the fixed part 2 and the other part of the moving part 9 is variable.
