Abstract:
PURPOSE: To sharply save an excavating cost and to prevent the occurrence of mud water pollution by a method wherein dehydration separation processing of mud water produced owing to jet excavation is carried out to circulate it as jet water.
CONSTITUTION: A jet water utilizing non-pollution excavating device comprises a jet water generating part 12; a suction forced feed source part 14 for mud water in an excavated ground; a centrifugal separating part 58 to separate big particles fed with a pressure from the suction forced feed source 14 and contained in mud water; a dehydrating separating part 72 to separate a sludge cake from which the big particles are separated; and a circulating part 74 to circulate clean water after he sludge cake is separated is circulated to a jet water generating part. A forced settling part 70 for mud water is located between the central separating part and the dehydrating separating part. An excavation cost is sharply reduced and mud water pollution is prevented from occurring in a way that dehydration separation processing of mud water generated owing to jet excavation is carried out and the mud water is circulated as jet water.
