Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a clamp on a jig from a forward side of the jig (clamp base), to fix the clamp to a wire harness, and to detach the jig without moving the wire harness. SOLUTION: In a jig for band clamp, a clamp base 14 is mounted on a tip of a support shaft 11 to be mounted on a plate in a booming manner, a clamp receiving part 15 is opened on the forward side of the clamp base 14 connected to the support shaft 11, a bang-passing hole 24 which is pierced from the forward side to the back side is provided on a lower side of the opening, a stopper 16 to hold a clamp part 6a of a band clamp 6 inserted in the clamp receiving part 15 is mounted above the opening in a lowering manner, a band part 6b of the band clamp 6 where the clamp part 6a is inserted in and locked to the clamp receiving part 15 from the forward side is wound around and locked to the outer circumference of a wire harness, and the support shaft 11 is turned in the collapsing direction of the rear side to detach the jig body from the band clamp 6 locked to the wire harness.
