Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for firing without causing reation with a material to be fired such as a deflective yoke and without causing a dimensional change in the material to be fired. SOLUTION: The jig used for firing a ferrite member such as a defective yoke contains MgO.Al2 O3 spinel as a principal component. A molar ratio expressed in terms of chemical compsn. of MgO:Al2 O3 in the jig is 25:75 to 75:25. The jig contains 0-25 mol.% RO (RO is at least one kind of oxide selected from the group comprising ZnO, CuO, MnO, NiO, CaO, SrO, BaO, PbO and CdO) based on 100 mol.% expressed in terms of chemical compsn. of MgO and Al2 O3 .
