To provide a jig for a short circuit which can short-circuit four-phase hot-line side connecting sections.

This jig is made in a shape of a plate which is equipped with two U-shaped members 45 inserted into two-phase hot-line side connecting sections aligning in its longitudinal direction and anti-open parts 45a of the U-shaped members 45 are coupled with each other by a coupling member 46. The U-shaped members 45 which are coupled with each other at the anti-open parts 45a are inserted from above into the four-phase hot-line side connecting sections, whereby the connecting sections are short-circuited, thus the four-phase hot-line side connecting sections are short-circuited easily and surely with each other.
