Title:
JIG
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01222833
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a jig with high accuracy in which the entrance of fine magnetic chips, etc. into sliding faces is prevented by forming sliding faces with a wire cut electric discharge machining, providing a magnet on a sliding member and forming a surface layer by means of micro-welding.

CONSTITUTION: The shaft 6 of a mounting bed 2 for fixing a workpiece 1 is rotatably supported by a sliding member 7. The joining piece 10 of the sliding member 7 is rotatably supported by the fitting portion 12 of a sliding member 11 and moved in a vertical Z-axis direction, while being changingly fitted to the fitting portion 13 of the sliding member 11 to change the posture of the sliding member 7. The joining pieces 14 of the sliding member 11 are fitted to a sliding member 15 to slide the member 11 in the Y-axis direction while the sliding member 15 is fitted to the joining piece 17 of a base 16 to slide in the X-axis direction. Magnet devices 18 are provided on the tips of the fitting portions of the sliding pieces 11, 15, etc. to prevent the fine chips of magnetic substance produced at the time of electric discharge machining from entering the fitting portion by moving housed magnets. In particular, the sliding faces of the joining pieces 10, 17 and the rotatably supporting fitting portions 12, 13, etc. are formed by means of wire cut electric discharge machining, while giving the micro-welding of a coating material having abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance to these faces by means of electric discharge machining, etc.
