Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable construction, the improvement of a job processing system simply by plotting a flow chart representing a flow between jobs in each section by utilizing a plotting tool to suit to contents of the jobs and to easily change the job processing system accompanying the change of a process and the contents of processing in the job. SOLUTION: When a job object is specified along the flow of the jobs on a job flow chart outputted in a job flow plotting processing, a fundamental form to generate and output a job relation chart in relation to the job object is read from an RAM 6 and displayed, an output position of the job object is specified in the fundamental form, pieces of job object data, organization object data and slip object data are read from a storage device 7 in which the pieces of data are before stored, item data regarding the slip object data are read from a slip item table stored in the RAM 6 and the job relation chart outputted to the specified output position is displayed or printed and outputted by a CPU 2.
