After the job starts, a user inputs communication conditions of a communication route and an address about the transmission destination of notice of a job end to an operation part 102. According to the inputted information, the operation part 102 registers the communication route and notification destination as notification conditions in a notification destination list and sends the notification destination list to a control part 101 at a request of notification destination list sent by the control part 101 at the end of the job. The control part 101 requests a communication I/F 103 to communicate according to the information on the notification means and notification destination in the received notification destination list. At the request from the control part 101, the communication I/F 103 gives notice of the end of the job by selecting a means via a LAN 201 or a public network 202.
