Abstract:
To provide a conjugate of a metal and a resin material capable of enhancing conjugation strength of the conjugate of the metal and the resin material, capable of suppressing deterioration of conjugation strength even when repeated heat stress is applied on the conjugate, and high in durability.SOLUTION: There is provided a conjugate of a metal and a resin material, in which a plating film with a rough surface structure is arranged on a surface of the metal, and the metal and the resin material are integrally conjugated via the plating film with the rough surface structure. As the plating film with the rough surface structure, a composite plating film of a carbon nanotube, or a plating film with a random thin sheet structure is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
