Abstract:
To improve joining quality by joining jointly using ultrasonic waves in a joining device where metals are joined each other on assembly of an electric component without enlarging the device.
The joining auxiliary mechanism is composed of an ultrasonic oscillator, an ultrasonic horn, an ultrasonic vibrator and an exciting tool fixed to the ultrasonic horn or formed thereon. The assembly composed of the ultrasonic horn, ultrasonic vibrator and exciting tool are provided independently from a joining tool provided on the joining device.
