To provide a flow regulating valve on a joint for connection of a hot water circuit installed halfway of a pair of hot water circuits connecting a hot water outlet 3a at an indoor side and a radiator 2 for hot water supply heating in such a manner as to prevent an operation part from becoming an obstacle to a walker and prevent an external force from being indiscreetly applied.
The joint comprises a pair of joint halves 13 and 33 respectively having a mail member 1a and a female member 1b to be connected with each other. The flow regulating valve 4 is installed to either one of connection tube parts 16a, 16b, 26a or 26b at one end of a supply path and a return path in the made member 1a or the female member 1b. The flow regulating valve 4 is provided with a valve element perpendicularly crossing passages of the connection tubes and a operation knob 41 for controlling the opening of the valve element protruded in a juxtaposition direction of the supply path and the return path from the joint halves to the outside. The maximum diameter of the operation knob 41 is smaller than the thickness of the joint halves in a direction perpendicular to the juxtaposition direction.
