Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by crowning a cap made of synthetic resin on the upper end of a joint material main body formed out of synthetic resin foam, and forming a recessed part for sealing on one-sided shoulder part of the cap.
SOLUTION: The upper end of a joint material main body 41 made of synthetic resin foam is crowned with a cap 42 made of synthetic resin, and a joint material provided with a recessed part 43 of chamfering shape is formed on at least one-sided shoulder of the cap 42. Next this joint material is provided on the upper face of the waterproof layer of a rooftop slab concrete 1 and presser concrete is placed thereon, and a sealing agent is pressed in the space formed out of the rising part of the roof top slab concrete 1 and the recessed part 43 of the cap 42. Consequently, adhesion against the rising part of a flat roof is made favorable, and the waterproof layer can be perfectly pressed down.
