Title:
JOINT MECHANISM OF CLEANER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3811252
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a joint mechanism of a cleaner and make it possible to facilitate the easy fastening.
SOLUTION: It relates to a cleaner in which a handle 5 is combined free to pivot to a holder 1 holding a mop and the like. On the back face of the holder 1, a support arm 9 in an L-letter shape or in a curved form is installed upright and a circle 15 is formed at the leading end of the support arm 9. In the handle, a joint 11 having an engaging dent 16 to be engaged with the circle 15 is formed. In the joint 11 a dividing groove 22 which has a gap sufficient for the support arm 9 to pass and which penetrates the engagement dent 16, is formed. The circle 15 is engaged with the engagement dent 16 free to pivot with a constant pressure being pressed from the dividing groove 22 in opposition to the elasticity of the joint 11. Thereby, the handle 5 can be supported free to pivot front and back, left and right without an intermediate member to pivot being arranged between the holder 1 and the handle 5, and a fastening procedure can be also simplified.
