PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure in which segments can be joined by a simple work and which is strong against a shearing force.
SOLUTION: A coupler 5 is embedded in an end 3 of a joint of one segment 1 to be joined and concrete is placed on an end 4 of a joint of the other segment 1 so that a forward end 7 protrudes from the end 4 and a male pin 6 is fixed to the segment 1 and split stop rings 9 are fitted in grooves 10 formed on an axis 8 of the pin 6 at different pitches so that their diameter can be contracted, and the end 7 of the male pin 6 is driven into a through hole 14 of the coupler 5. Thus the diameters of the rings 9 are contracted at the mountain parts adjacent grooves 16 having serrated cross section comprising end surfaces and inclined surfaces formed on the inner periphery of the through hole 14 of the coupler 5 and expanded at the grooves 16 so as to be locked at the end surfaces of the grooves so that the pin 6 is locked in the coupler 5.
