To prevent the overlapped part of a waterproof sheet from bringing about a gap, by covering the joint part of wall panels with furring strips for joints and hermetically sealing between the waterproof sheet and the furring strips for joints by an airtight tape.
Structural polywoods 16 are covered with furring strips 32, 32 fixed to the structural polywoods 16 to integrally fit waterproof sheets 31. The peripheral edges of the waterproof sheets protruded out of the structural polywoods 16 are mutually overlapped and furring strips 33 for joints are arranged and fixed to cover the joint part of both adjacent wall panels 15, 15 and close the separated space between the furring strips 32. In this time, an airtight tape 39 is arranged at the wall panel 15 side of the furring strips 33 for joints to closely stick on the waterproof sheet 31 and hermetically seal between the waterproof sheet 31 and the furring strips 33 for joints. In this way, the wall panel 15 can be fixed without any gap at the overlapped part of the waterproof sheet 31. The wall panel 15 including the waterproof sheet 31 is integrally assembled in advance and a transportable structure can be obtained.
