PURPOSE: To surely judge existence of microorganism in contents for a short time without requiring a technique in high level by keeping a sealed package in a state of non-permeable of microorganism with air-permeable with a specific method and measuring existence of propagation of the microorganism.
CONSTITUTION: At first, at least a part of a totally non-permeable package is composed of a laminate of (A) a material non-permeable of microorganism with permeability of air and (B) a non-air permeable material and a substance in which microorganism is able to propagate is received the package and sealed. Next, the material B in the laminate part of said package is notched to make said package to non-permeable of microorganism with permeating air, then the package is kept under a propagating condition of fungus to measure existence of propagation of microorganism.
