Abstract:
To provide a novel fruit-containing beverage in which, when served and drunk, more fresh feeling can be felt.SOLUTION: Provided is a juice-containing beverage containing one or more kinds citrus juice selected from the group consisting of sweet oranges, oranges, tangols and tanzeros, and in which the ratio (x) of limonin (ppm)/carotenoid (ppm) is 0.38 to 0.59, ethyl butyrate concentration (y) is 4.8 ppm or less, and the relationship with -66.7x+26.5≤y≤-8.3x+8.8 is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
