Abstract:
To provide a novel technique capable of suppressing feeling of off-flavor when being drunk, in fruit juice containing beverage.SOLUTION: There is provided juice containing beverage comprising 0.01 ppm or more, preferably, 0.023 ppm or more of z-jasmonic and/or 0.0001 ppm or more, preferably, 0.0003 ppm or more of β-ionone. In the juice containing beverage, juice percentage content is 5% or greater, preferably, 5% or greater and 40% or less. The juice is juice derived from Prunus persica, apple, or plum or kiwi fruit. In the juice containing beverage, alcohol is contained by 1-10 volume%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
