Abstract:
To form a polished tip on a blade body part and improve sharpness in a blade body of a julienning cooker with use of one blade body in which an oblique cutting line B parallel to one metal substrate A is provided, a step is formed between both end outer areas of the cutting line by press working, a rectangular hole part is formed at the stepped portion between the cutting lines as an upside down L-shaped blade body, and a vertical edge and an upper edge of the rectangular hole part form a blade edge.SOLUTION: An end face on a blade corresponding side of an oblique cutting line B is caused to project obliquely with respect to a substrate surface (a front surface A1 or a rear surface A2), and after the projected end surface (A3, A4) is polished to form a sharp tip 34 at a cutting line end edge, a step and a rectangular hole part are formed by prescribed press working.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
