Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve a value of Q of an inductor by controlling generation of an intensive magnetic field in the proximity to a conductor pattern and also generation of a large eddy current at the surface of conductor pattern so as to obtain a sharp attenuation characteristic when such conductor pattern is used as a filter.
CONSTITUTION: A conductor pattern 3 in a magnetic material 2 of an inductor part 1 of a composite electronic component comprising an inductor part 1 arranging a conductor pattern 3 within a magnetic material 2 and a capacitor part 4 stacking an internal electrode layer 6 in a dielectric material 5 and forming a conductor pattern 3 of the inductor part 1 and an external electrode 8 conductive to an internal electrode layer 6 of the capacitor part 4 at the external side of a composite element 7 integrating the inductor part 1 and the capacitor part 4 is covered with a non-magnetic material 10.
