PURPOSE: To restrain the output of a primary coil from decreasing in a device in which the primary coil is provided in the coil mounting portion of a key cylinder main body.
CONSTITUTION: A bobbin 12 on which a primary coil 16 is wound is mounted in a coil mounting portion 11 provided at the front of a key cylinder main body 1. First 19 and second 20 sheets each made of a magnetic substance are affixed, respectively, to the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical portion 13 and the rear face of the rear flange 15 of the bobbin 12. When a current is passed through the primary coil 16, the magnetic flux of the primary coil 16 passes through the first and second magnetic substance sheets 19, 20 and is restrained from acting on a rotor case 2 and a rotor case 4,both of which are conductors. Therefore, generation of an eddy current on the side of the key cylinder main body 1 due to the magnetic flux is restrained, and the output of the primary coil 16 can be restrained from decreasing.
