The rubber band 7 is fitted to any one of the neck part, arm part or leg part of a small doll body 9, fixed by the rubber band fitting and adjusting ring 8 and used as the key holder. Besides, the arrangement of the hook to the ring 8 enables usage unless a small article body has a function to be fitted by the rubber band 7, and then, the key holder is fitted by adjustment by moving the adjustment ring 12 having the rubber fitting hook.
