PURPOSE: To eliminate the reference work of an account code and a 'name' by providing a first storage area storing the inputted account code, a second storage area storing the name corresponding to the account code and a means outputting call information in correspondence with the name when a call terminates.

CONSTITUTION: A control circuit 2 reads the 'name' corresponding to the account code from a name storage area 13 when the account code stored in an input account code storage area 11 is that of an opposite destination which a system controls at the time of outputting call data. The 'name' and call information are edited in a prescribed format in a data editing area 14 and it is outputted and displayed to an external input/output device 16 and an extension telephone set 7 which executes communication at present. Thus, the reference work of the account code and the 'name' is eliminated only by previously registering the 'name' in correspondence with the account code which is set in an account code control area.
