Title:
KEYLESS DRILL CHUCK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3108654
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit cutting resistance to a keyless drill chuck regardless of force to manually fasten the chuck by angaging a cutter rear part with a V groove of an elevating member to move with movement of a click to sandwich cutter shanks different in size.
SOLUTION: A cutter rear part 91 is installed on a V type groove 21b free to connect to and disconnect from it by providing the V type groove 21b on a click opening part side end surface of an elevating member 2 on a keyless drill chuck having the elevating member to longitudinally move against a shaft to chuck the cutter rear part and a click to chuck a cutter 9 by narrowing an inner peripheral diameter while moving in the same direction as movement of the elevating member 2 in a click opening part side direction and automatically fastening the cutter without using a chuck handle by cutting resistance transmitted from the cutter to the click 3 and movement of the elevating member by distortion of motive power transmitted to the shaft.
