Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the long life of a forging mold and improve productivity and at the same time provide the kick start lever of a motorcycle whose forging work is not dependent on the degree of the skill of a worker.
CONSTITUTION: In a kick start lever 6 in which a kick pedal 8 is integrally provided at the free end of a kick arm 7 extending from the start shaft 3 of an engine 1, the kick arm 7 and the kick pedal 8 are separately forged and formed, and then, both 7, 8 are fixed.
