Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make an exercise machine be made at low cost and minimized and lightened, by constituting a user platform to be used for leg raising motion, mounting one end of an elastic member onto the exercise machine, and supporting a user handle onto the free end of the elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A platform 3 is equipped on the upper surface of the main body 2 of a rectangular box shaped surrounding body, and ground engaging pedestals 4 to be engaged with the ground are equipped on both ends of the main body 2. In the inner part 6 of the main body 2, each single part of a series of bungee cord 10 is fixed to the pedestal 4 by a fastening tool 8 and bridged over a pulley 7 placed in the opposite side of each fastening tool 8 to a pulley 11 as the last guide. Further, the free ends of the bungee cord 10 are appeared from the both ends of the platform, and clips 14 are housed in holes of the terminals 15 on the free ends and user handles 13 are attached to the clips 14. Thereby an inexpensive, lightweight and compact exercise machine can be obtained.
