To construct audio apparatus without requiring a speaker setting space by using a component of kitchen cabinet set adjacent to a room such as a living room as a sound generating means.
A sound vibration generator 10 is attached on the back side of a sheet-like member 11 facing the living room in a sink 1 of the kitchen equipment disposed in the boundary between the living room and the kitchen. Music/sound, etc. can be provided to the living room without requiring the speaker setting space by vibrating the sheet-like member 11 by the sound vibration generator 10. The sheet-like member is divided into four portions of upper, lower, left and right portions, and sound vibration generators 10A-10D are attached to the divided portions 11A-11D respectively. The frequency characteristics of the upper and lower sound vibration generators are different, and the sound in left and right different channels is reproduced to create the stereo effects, so that the sound excellent in the resolution, reproducibility and reality can be reproduced. A duct or port 15 is formed in the lower divided portions 11B and 11D to form a bass-reflex structure, so that the sound pressure of a low-pitched sound component can be increased.
