To provide a kitchen unit which is installed at an arbitrary place in a cooking class or the like, and which allows for all of the cooking operations.
A unit body 1 is provided with casters 2. The cabinet body 1 is provided with a kitchen counter 3 substantially on the left half side of the top. The right half side to the kitchen counter 3 is provided with a sink 4, and a faucet 5 is provided adjacent to the sink 4. A bottom plate inside the cabinet body 1 is installed with a water tank 6. The water tank 6 is connected to the faucet 5 through a water feed pump 62. Two electric cooking stoves are provided on the right side to the sink 4. The water feed pump 62 is connected to a storage battery 32 through an inverter circuit 33. The storage battery 32 is connected to a battery charger 31. And a liquid crystal panel 8 is provided at an end on the opposite side of the kitchen counter 3.
