Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the flat sheet of a corn powder kneaded object having surface characteristics ideal for cooking by combining a first roller, a second roller, a kneaded object send-out means and a driving means so as to perform a specified operation. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with the almost cylindrical forward or first roller 18 to be rotated in a first direction and the almost cylindrical backward or second roller 20 to be rotated in a second opposite direction. The rollers are slightly separated from each other and the gap is controlled by an adjustment means 21 for controlling and moving a backward roller assembly so as to be brought closer and separated to/from a forward roller assembly. The driving means for rotating the first and second rollers is provided and the surface or peripheral speed of the first or forward roller 18 is made larger than the surface or peripheral speed of the second or backward roller 20 by the driving means. The kneaded object of corn is compressed between the rollers and the flat sheet 34 is formed.
