Abstract:
PURPOSE: To knead a variety of foodstuff dough by installing a vertical blade having a relatively wide vertical surface and a horizontal blade having a relatively small horizontal surface, in a demountable manner for a kneading device.
CONSTITUTION: A kneading blade 19 consists of two blades: a vertical blade 10 which is vertical for the bottom surface of a baking case 16 and a horizontal blade 192 which is horizontal for the bottom surface of the baking case 16. The vertical blade 191 has a relatively wide vertical surface 191a for the bottom surface of the baking case 16, and the horizontal blade 192 has a horizontal surface 192a which is relatively small for the bottom surface of the baking case 16, and kneads mixed kneaded dough so as to cut it. Accordingly, when soft dough is kneaded, kneading is performed so that the vertical blade 191 carries out kneading, while in the kneading for the hard dough, kneading is performed so that the horizontal blade 192 cuts the material. Accordingly, kneading can be carried out favourably by the synergetic effect of two kinds of the blades.
