Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform excellent kneading and stirring by enhancing kneading and stirring effect by arranging two or more sets of petal-shaped paddle plates to rotary shafts in a phase shifted state to constitute kneading paddles and providing a drive device rotating both rotary shafts in opposed directions.
CONSTITUTION: For example, incineration ash and cement are charged in a predetermined ratio from a raw material charging port 4 to be sent toward kneading paddles 12 by the pushing-in screw rotated by a drive motor. Moistening water and a chemical soln. are supplied from a moistening water supply port 7 and the raw material consisting of incineration ash and cement is kneaded by the kneading paddles 12. At this time, by the rotation of paddle plates 11 displaced by 90°, the raw material is revolved to be moved to the outside from the upper inside as shown by an arrow (a) and also revolved to be moved to the inside from the lower outside and mixed at the mixing part (b) shown by a broken line of a meshing part to be effectively stirred and mixed.
