PURPOSE: To carry out the kneading and the extrusion granulating by one apparatus by a method wherein a thermosetting resin material is supplied to an extruder by a push-in screw and kneaded and extruded by an extrusion screw of the extruder and the extruded material is cut by a cutter to form pellets.

CONSTITUTION: The thermosetting resin molding material is thrown into a outer shell 6 of a supply apparatus 3 and supplied gradually by the push-in screw from a supply port 8 to the extruder 2. The thermosetting resin molding material supplied into a cylinder 9 of the extruder 2 is kneaded and extruded by a pair of the extrusion screws 1, 1 and the extruded molding material in a noodle like condition from a die plate 15 is cut by the cutter 5 to form the pellet like thermosetting resin molding material 8. As described above, the kneading and the extrusion granulating can be carried out by one apparatus.
