Abstract:
To provide a kneading rubber heating apparatus capable of efficiently performing a heating operation without causing rubber floating even if a rubber material is hard and has poor adhesion to rolls.SOLUTION: A kneading rubber heating apparatus which heats a kneading rubber by charging the kneading rubber between a pair of rotating rolls, winding the kneading rubber around a surface of the rolls, and making it pass between the pair of rolls a plurality of times, has pressing means to press the kneading rubber lifted from the surface of the roll against the surface of the roll. The pressing means has a pressing member for pressing the kneading rubber lifted from the surface of the roll against the surface of the roll, a support member for supporting the pressing member, and a rotation mechanism that rotates the support member to move the pressing member and the surface of the roll closer to or away from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
