Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading transfer and ejection device for a high viscosity material for a 3D printer which enables smooth and reliable continuous supply of hopper portion viscous material.SOLUTION: The kneading transfer and ejection device of high viscosity material for a 3D printer is formed by continuously providing a hopper portion 1 capable of accommodating a raw material of a high viscosity material including a sectionally arc-shaped bottom surface 1a and a raw material transfer pipe portion 2 and a raw material discharge port 3 located at a center of a lower end of the hopper portion 1, disposing a rotary shaft mechanism 4 on a central axis of the hopper part 1, the material transfer pipe portion 2, and the raw material discharge port 3, providing a raw material stirring and guiding mechanism A in which a spatula 6 which is movable close to and along an arcuate bottom surface 1a of the hopper portion 1 is fixed to an upper part of the rotary shaft mechanism 4, and providing a screw inserted into the raw material transfer pipe portion 2 having the raw material discharge port 3 opened at a lower portion of the rotary shaft mechanism 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
