Abstract:
To provide a table knife and a steak knife, which are constantly sharp, and provide a knife that not only is sharp but also gives consideration to safety.SOLUTION: A knife is a replaceable blade-type knife that comprises a knife body and a replaceable blade. This enables provision of the knife that is kept in a constantly sharp state by replacing the replaceable blade, when the knife becomes dull.
