PURPOSE: To obtain a multi-layered knitted fabric-based structure having high internal recovery force and lightweight by using a spaced knitted fabric made of industrial yarns as a base, hardening the spaced knitted fabric by a resin treatment and forming rigid spacing elements for the first layer and the second layer with an intermediate web.

CONSTITUTION: A multilayered structure 1 is formed by a knitting machine in such a manner that an intermediate web 4, formed by placing the supporting yarn parts of a spaced knitted fabric, 2, 3 at equal spaces, holds the layers 2 and 3 to connect them to each other with a space. The spaced knitted fabric is constituted with an industrial yarn of aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber or the like, and hardened by resin treatment. The intermediate web 4 forms rigid spacing elements for the layers 2 and 3.
